1 - What is heaven? mysteries of the universe

Pal Patel

The concept of heaven is present in almost all religions. And whenever the topic of heaven comes up, we are always fascinated to know about it, to go there. Many questions arise in our minds about heaven: what is it? What is it like? Where is it? How can we go there?

So what is heaven after all? Let's find out.

Heaven is not a fantasy, it is a reality. Heaven is a world where happiness, peace, and contentment are pervasive. There is no trace of sorrow or unrest. Its nature is extremely beautiful. The seasons are extremely beautiful and run in a properly synchronized way. Unlike the present times, where there is always some kind of upheaval in nature, there is no such thing there. Every season comes and goes at its appointed time. And it is not too hot or too cold like here. It is slightly cold and warm, just enough to be easily bearable. The people living in this world have immense wealth and prosperity. People living there are extremely good to each other, no traces of animosity between them. This just a little description of what heaven looks likes, if we keep talking about it we all will have so many fantasies about heaven.

But in today's day and age, we think it is just a fantasy, but it is not so. Heaven is a reality. Heaven has many names, and these names themselves describe heaven and also indicate its reality. Heaven is called Sata Yuga in Hinduism. Sata means truth and Yuga means time. In other words, the world of truth or time of truth. The world of truth means a world where everything is true, meaning the people living there live in their true form (true self) or true nature. Heaven is also called Paradise. Paradise is a place that is perfect. Where there is no evil.

How is heaven created?

When the question of how heaven is created comes up, we should remember this sentence, "As is the mind, so is the world." So a perfect world like heaven is created only when the people living there have heaven in their minds. Meaning, the mind and nature of the people living there are made up of seven qualities. These seven are: purity, love, joy, happiness, peace, knowledge, and power. When the mind and nature of people are filled with these seven qualities and when there is no trace of the five vices - lust, anger, greed, attachment, and ego - such people are in their true nature. True nature means the soul (which we all are) being in its own form of seven qualities. And if people are so virtuous, the essence of these seven qualities automatically pervades the surrounding world. It is true that this world reflects the mind and nature of man for eg. 40-50 years ago, when people had less deceit, fraud, lust, and greed in their minds, the world was more friendly and brotherhood was everywhere. Then (40-50 years ago) the human mind was more calm and contented than it is today, so nature was also good. Today, the human mood changes every second, so all the seasons are also changing rapidly. Human has become more angry, due to which natural calamities have increased. So just as the current world is created according to the mind and nature of man, so heaven is also gets created by man becoming virtuous and sattvic, i.e., full of good qualities.

So now the question arises that if the existence or non-existence of heaven is based on the mind and nature of man, then where is heaven? Because till now we understood that it is somewhere in the sky. So is heaven somewhere in the sky or on this earth? ? ?
