3 - Re-establishment of Heaven. Mysteries of the Universe

Pal Patel

Most people are interested in heaven. We all have a desire to know about heaven, to go there, and to live there. Don't we? I do, a lot. In the previous blog post, we understood what heaven is and where it is. We learned that heaven used to be on this earth and that a long time ago all humans were virtuous and completely free of vices, so the world was heaven. We also learned that as time went on, the virtues in humans decreased and vices began to appear, which is why the world is no longer heaven. Now that the world is no longer heaven, can it be made heaven again? And who will make it heaven? Let's find out...

As we learned, heaven is created when all humans become completely free of vices and completely virtuous. But in today's world, it is almost impossible to find such a completely virtuous person. We all get angry, greedy, and attached sometimes. So there is a need for someone who can make everyone completely free of vices and make this world heaven. So who is that person, in this world? Look, it is also important to understand that the one who will make the world heaven again should be someone who is always virtuous, someone who never has any vices. Because how can someone who is himself vicious make others free of vices? It's something to think about, isn't it?

If we go looking for such a person, we will realize that perhaps they are saints, sages, ascetics, etc. But they are not, because if any of them were, the world would have become heaven by now. But that has not happened yet. So who could it be? It is none other than God himself. Because in this entire universe, only God is always virtuous. Only God is always completely free of vices. Along with that, there are many proofs that confirm that God himself comes and makes this world heaven again.

For example, in India, it is said:

"Yada yada hi dharmasya glanirbhavati bharata. Abhyutthanam adharmasya tadatmanam srijamy aham. Paritranaya sadhunam vinashay cha dushkritam. Dharmasansthapanarthaya sambhavami yuge yuge."

In short, it means that when there is a time of great irreligion, God comes and re-establishes true religion. So what is this true religion that God re-establishes? When a person is completely unblemished and full of virtues, it is said that they are rooted in their true religion. When humans live by embracing their seven virtues, it is called walking on the true religion, and that is the true religion that God re-establishes. It means that God makes humans virtuous and completely free of vices again, and by making humans like that, he makes the world heaven again.

In addition, God is also called the purifier of the fallen (पतित पावन). Have you ever thought why he is called that and what it means? Purifier of the fallen means the one who purifies the fallen. Who are the fallen now? When humans are completely free of vices and completely virtuous, they are called pure. Then, when the dirt of vices accumulates in humans, they become fallen. Because of the accumulation of the dirt of vices, humans become dirty, and then they are called fallen. And the one who makes the fallen pure again, that is, who cleanses the dirt of vices and makes them clean or virtuous again, is called the purifier of the fallen.

So these two things prove that God himself comes and makes all humans completely free of vices again and makes this earth heaven again.
